UNTIL THEN I will not use my money to rent anything from ENTERPRISE AGAIN.Las Vegas has a mixture of busy commercial areas filled with casinos and hip neighborhoods with trendy businesses. I am still waiting for an apology or SOMETHING. So be warned my fellow friends, I was duly notified by my close friend when they showed up for a regular passenger car and they were stuck, I didn't listen. If there had been an official apology or something to compensate for this huge mess up, I could have lived with it. I have vowed to not do anymore business with Enterprise. I attempted to contact the corporate office, emailed my dissatisfaction and the only apology or compensation offered was when the lady at the counter said sorry. Anyway, I ended up having to search on short notice and luckily was able to find another 12 passenger van, and had to pay much more than planned but 10 family and friends looking forward to this trip for months. My business was not valued over whoever rented the other vans. I looked out on the lot and there were at least 5 vans(supposedly) already reserved. I thought since I was a valued customer over the years of doing business, there would be some effort on their part to assist in finding me another van. I stated to the lady " how do you expect me to carry that many people in one vehicle". i was offered a SUV to hold 7 people and another car to hold 5 people. I had 10 people ready to travel and no vehicle to hold 10 people. When I showed up to pick up my reserved van, I was told we tried to contact you a day (one attempt) ago and let you know we didn't have a van for you. Well I didn't wait until the last minute because of that. Most of the time they are not available if you wait until the last minute. If you know anything about renting vans, the further in advance you reserve the better. Enterprise use to be reliable and always came through for me. ![]() I reserved a 12-15 passenger van 2-3 months in advance for our out of town trip. One of my close friends told me of their bad experience and I didn't believe them. Unfortunately, my last experience was completely unexpected because of my years of having good experiences. I was a faithful patron of Enterprise Rental Car Services.
